Hosuband is a durable Icelandic wool blend made from 80% new wool and 20% nylon. The added nylon makes it especially hard-wearing, which is why Hosuband is a great choice for socks, mittens, hats and sturdy everyday garments. Each 100 g ball contains approximately 130 m, with a suggested needle size of 4–4.5 mm.
